Wellspring Care Portal is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to achieve this goal. Conformance Status

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone. The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA, and AAA), and we have targeted the AA level as our standard.

  • Print styles: Pages include print-optimized styles for users who prefer to read content on paper.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, there may be some areas where we are still working to improve. Known limitations include:

  • Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to convert these to accessible formats.
  • Third-party content or widgets embedded on our site may not fully conform to WCAG standards.
